History
At the young age of 16, I entered the carpenters union and began my career as a carpenter apprentice. It's been 45+ yrs building multi million dollar homes and commercial buildings. I always knew I was giving people a safe place to live and raise a family.
Specialties
A buildings mechanics are the hidden part of a building that make it operational. The electric, plumbing and hvac system is what makes a building livable, it's as important as the structure and roofing, exterior siding windows doors they all have to work. I provide confidence in a buildings health before you buy or sale.
