Blue Hwy

The name "BLU HWY" is inspired by the book Blue Highways by William Least Heat Moon, who travels through America using the less-traveled roads of the blue highways. On old maps, the back roads were colored in blue. Similarly, our menu celebrate America and its many influences...with a BLU HWY twist. The chef-inspired dishes will evoke a sense of comfort and familiarity, but at the same time maintain a focus on current nutritional and dietary preferences. Presented to you by the culinary team and creators of La Bodega, BLU HWY is located right off the Country Club Plaza in Kansas City, MO. We offer lunch, brunch, dinner, and happy hour!
