Very unethical business practices beware. No guarantees no refunds. Be very cautious when ordering anything from them . Would never ever do business with Carl the owner or Jeff the salesman again.

Highly unethical. Bought matching chairs and one was not comfortable and the owner refused to give refund. Wont buy there ever again!!

Update: They did end up giving me a full refund for the chair. I also learned they were going to donate it. That's nice to hear.
