Desirai Rogan provides comprehensive primary care services including including general adult medicine and routine physicals. She also has a special interest in discussing diet and nutrition planning with her patients. Dr. Rogan enjoys the restaurant scene in Clayton and cooking with herbs and vegetables from her garden. She also participates in many different workouts, including yoga, Zumba and kickboxing. Dr. Rogan's practice is part of BJC Medical Group, a well-established, multi-specialty physician group.

Laurie Giltner, FNP, sees patients of all ages for a variety of primary care needs, including wellness visits, weight management, vaccinations, PAP smears, and mental health management. She also provides care for common illnesses, including hypertension, diabetes, asthma, and hyperlipidemia. Laurie chose to specialize in family medicine because she enjoys working with patients of all ages. She strives to provide patient-centered care and focuses on treating the whole person to promote optimal physical and mental well-being.

Kari Reimann, CNM, is a certified nurse midwife, providing women’s care and childbirth services. She has been practicing as a Certified Nurse Midwife since 2018. Kari serves her patients throughout all stages of pregnancy, from prenatal care, through delivery and post-partum care, developing a trusting relationship along the way. She is focused on informing her patients about their options for care and includes them in all decision-making processes. Whether her patients are hoping for a natural birth or plan to use an epidural, Kari seeks to be a partner in the journey.
