History

Owner Rob Knoll opened Benedettos on Main in the Wildwood Town Center. He have hired Tony Buzzetta and Chef Lia Buzzetta to bring the Sicilian family history to all. The Buzzetta family has a rich history in the St Louis restaurants. It dates back to the early 1970's when the 5 daughters and one son of Sicilian immigrants began making a mark in the St. Louis Italian restaurant scene. Tony, and his mother Rosalia greet guests with their Sicilian charm, warm hearts and great food. The long time success of the families restaurants with a somewhat cult following is a new favorite in Wildwood. The restaurant serves pizza with handmade crust, pasta dishes and the family's special, sea bass and tilapia that are favorites. Daily specials include lobster, lamb chop and fillet of the finest beef. Benedettos on Main also serves some of the best wine in West County. There are 6 wines on tap along with dozens of bottles of wine for every pallet.
