Rachel Rainey, APRN, MSN, FNP-C, is a board-certified advanced practice registered nurse and family nurse practitioner. She received her Bachelor and Master of Science in nursing from Chamberlin College of Nursing. In her master's program, she studied in the family nursing practitioner specialty track. Before joining the SSM Health Medical Group, Rachel was a clinical support nurse in the surgical and orthopedic unit at SSM Health St. Joseph Hospital - Lake Saint Louis. At the hospital, she had daily hands-on experience with general medicine, surgical medicine, trauma services, pulmonary, neurology, gastrointestinal, cardiac, hematology, oncology and renal care.

Teona Moeller, is a board certified family nurse practitioner. She received her bachelor of science in nursing degree from Chamberlain College of Nursing with a Family Nurse Practitioner specialization from Maryville University in Saint Louis, MO. As a nurse practitioner, Teona provides a wide array of health care services, including but not limited to treatment of minor acute problems such as colds, sore throats, earaches, flu and headaches; immunizations and preventative care; school, sports and work physicals; well-woman exams; and management of chronic conditions such as diabetes, allergies, high blood pressure, etc. She sees patients by appointment and welcomes most insurance plans.
