Bean Counter Cafe has re-opened May 2023 on Main Street in downtown Blue Springs! Known for it's biscuits & sausage gravy, ham & Spinach florentine frittata, house-made cinnamon rolls, quiche, Waldorf chicken sald, turkey bacon avocado wrap, grilled Reuben sandwiches, fresh locally grown salad greens, house-made dressings, pastries, cookies, cakes, strawberry Napolean's, plus many other made in-house baked goods.
