They refuse to refer to people with they/them pronouns as they/them. They will use singular they in other contexts, just not to refer to staff or clients specifically, which shows clear ignorance....

TOTAL RIP-OFF!! You are better off going to a local veterinarian because they will make up stuff wrong with your dog and then charge you out the you-know-where! :(
