Never on time...was told it would be about two hours and it was almost 5 hours. I have never had my dog take that long, anywhere. I don't like to leave my dog for that long in an unfamiliar...

Terrible service avoid at all cost. Rude rude rude rude rude. Got bitched out because there was a mixup in the appointment and she blamed me.
