Dr. Colin E. Bailey is Board Certified by the American Board of Cosmetic Surgery, the American Board of Surgery, and the American Board of Venous and Lymphatic Medicine. His practice involves a full range of cosmetic surgery and modern vein care (phlebology).He has over 20 years of surgical experience. He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and is one of only a few surgeons in the state of Missouri to have completed a highly competitive fellowship in cosmetic surgery.Dr. Bailey is passionate about both cosmetic surgery and modern vein care.
