Awful company to dealing with and very hateful employees too! The company kept messy things up on my phone by wanting more money and times lines too! Couldn't even used my cellphone

Poor customer service and aren't in hurry to help you unless you are buying something at that moment. I was a longtime customer of AT&T. Not anymore.
