Excellent customer service. I had 2 reps who assisted me in cancelling my Moms phone after she passed. They were efficient and compassionate. I would not hesitate to recommend this store and staff

My Dad went in today to get help with a phone problem. I was on the phone with my mom and he was in and out in less than 2 minutes. He was basically told to go to Walmart and dismissed? I guess...
