These guys are jokes! My uncle and I came here today to cancel his phone line in AT&T, they told us to we can cancel it by calling AT&T by phone. I asked them if they can help us right there...

AT&T makes it almost impossible to cancel service!! The only way I was able to cancel service is sit on the phone for over 45 minutes. I tried to cancel 6 times before I was successful. 4 times...
