The music was less annoying than other locations, the sales were better, and the staff less 'trendy-fake-friendly' - typical Midwest - consider me a fan.

Terrible customer service. Pompous jerks. They wanted to bicker over giving me a refund for a ~$30 return (gift), which I had the receipt for.
