Alive and Well STL is a community-wide effort focused on reducing the impact of stress and trauma on our health and well-being. Alive and Well STL, sponsored by the St. Louis Regional Health Commission, is a collaboration of individuals and organizations across the region, including: KSDK NewsChannel 5, the St. Louis American, Hot 104.1, Old School 95.5 and RareGem Productions. We invite individuals to become involved as Ambassadors to help build supportive communities. Alive and Well STL also offers training about the impact and prevalence of trauma and stress on health.
