Alcoholics Anonymous (A.A.) is a mutual aid fellowship that serves individuals struggling with alcohol dependence, providing a supportive environment where members can share their experiences and encourage one another towards recovery. Founded on the principle of one alcoholic helping another, A.A. has been assisting individuals in overcoming drinking problems for over 80 years through a structured program that is both accessible and free of charge.

A.A. welcomes anyone with a desire to stop drinking, regardless of their background or circumstances, fostering inclusivity and understanding among its members. Through participation in local groups and engaging in the Twelve Steps and Twelve Traditions, individuals can find hope and a pathway to sobriety, while also contributing to the supportive community that helps others in need.
