Affiliated Court Services-Substance Awareness Traffic Offender Program (SATOP) is a state-certified program in Columbia, MO that annually serves over 16,000 individuals who are required to complete the program due to a DWI or DUI offense, court order, probation condition, or plea bargain. SATOP aims to reduce repeat DWI offenses by providing individuals with the opportunity to address alcohol and substance use through a range of program levels and treatment options. The program offers screenings, program assignments, and completion forms, as well as the option to complete a minimum of 120 hours of substance use treatment services.
