Don't waste your time. Can't work the computers to look up specific parts. Also, don't count on them finding anything behind the desk. Waited 20 min for them to try to find a solenoid gasket,...

Waste of time. They do not honor warranties unless you have original receipt. Bought battery in other state. Went bad said their computers were not linked nationally. Must have 90's technology....
