Aaron Guthrie, MD

Max Rich, MD, is a general internist who provides comprehensive care for patients ages 18 and older. He specializes in preventive medicine as well as the diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions including hypertension and diabetes. He also offers counseling and education regarding various conditions. Dr. Rich enjoys working with patients to develop individualized care plans to manage medical conditions of any complexity. He is energized by the deeper rapport that develops through working with established patients over the course of months and years, ensuring a continuity of care. His goal is to provide compassionate, evidence-based care focused on helping patients achieve their health goals.

Dr. Perez is board certified in internal medicine. He completed his internship and residency at SSM St. Mary’s Health Center. His medical degree was earned at University of Autonoma Guadalajara. Dr. Perez has been awarded recognition from the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) Diabetes Physician Recognition Program for meeting national standards for diabetes care.
