HistoryFor The Love of Cake LLC is a family owned business. We currently bake at the Independence Regional Ennovation Center and sell our baked goods at the Independence Farmer's Markets on Wednesday & Saturday from May to October 5 am - 1 pm as well as the Blue Springs Farmer's Market on Saturdays from from May to October 7 am to 12 pm. Our cookies and flavored loaf breads can be found at the West Side Cafe which is located inside the Independence Regional Ennovation Center Monday - Fridays 7:30 am - 2:30 pm.
