Super long story short... We took our 2012 Outback here several times for the same problem. Every time we took it they kept it for several days and we wouldn't hear anything until I called them....

don't try to get tires done there. they tell you to go somewhere else. writer didn't even inquire about what time frame I was looking to have them back. guess they didn't want my buisness.
