Vaiden Community Living Center

The Vaiden Community Living Center is a full-service skilled nursing care and rehabilitation center. It offers stroke, amputee, pulmonary rehabilitation, neuromuscular re-education, arthritis management and prosthetics training, as well as occupational, physical and speech therapies. The center also provides a variety of community-based therapeutic, educational and preventative programs, as well as training and development services. The Vaiden Community Living Center also provides short-term relief, residential support, permanent housing and subcute treatment. In addition, the center offers support for the emotional, physical, psychological and developmental needs of adults and seniors and operates several recreational activities.
