Starfish Cafe is an outreach program of PNEUMA WInds of Hope. The Cafe provides adults an opportunity gain life and job skills, and the community a place to gather, enjoy great food, and celebrate life! Following our closing of 16 months related to COVID-19 we are now re-established at 10408 Highway 603, we have added an on the job training program for teenagers. Come and see the new Starfish Cafe!

Fresh local flavor-FULL food served in our new location on 603 in Bay Saint Louis. The menu continues to be eclectic and we have expanded our program to include on the job training for teenagers as well as our job and life skills program for adults! You are welcome at our table!
