I understand the bad reviews of a business that gets characterized as a chop shop will get more attention than the good experiences. Let me start my review by saying my very few bad experiences...

My boyfriend just got his hair cut here I should have read the reviews first. This was a waste of $23. Please look at the photos and you'll understand. He shaved his head when he got home.

I wish I was able to give zero stars. They seem to hire anyone off the street and allow them to cut hair. And if you have the misfortune of getting Amanda, just walk away.

Go to these places all the time. This one is terrible. Told me to show up at 11:48. Would have been great but they all just went and hung out in the "equipment room" while 8 of us waited here in...

Super slow. Staff did not honor the checkin queue. My husband and children waited for over and hour and a half. Staff was unapologetic.
