Referrals can be made directly to the unit. A Senior Care professional is available to provide a confidential assessment in the home or at our facility.We are pleased to announce that the Family Care Main Street in Collins, and Family Care Clinic of Seminary are now open for business. We are grateful to be part of these towns and are excited to bring another benefit to these two communities. Established in 1964, Perry County General Hospital is a medical center offering treatment for a wide range of ailments. Based in Richton, Miss., it offers numerous laboratory services, including modern radiology, physical therapy and automated pharmacy, among others. Additionally, the hospital offers emergency medical services, geriatric mental healthcare, in-patient hospitalization and out-patient physician.
