Don't bother calling their fraud department (1-800-656-3479). Was on hold for more than an hour and still no response. I called the Ocean Springs branch who wasn't much help either.

Stay away from these clowns! Since it's merger with AmSouth the quality of service has gone downhill. Employees seemed annoyed and stressed and lack professional courtesy. Stopped by the Ocean...
