Did an over lay and its soooo ugly and uneven. The guy didnt even clean out the cuticles and polish is runny and Noticeably crooked!!!! Really unsatisfied!

I went to get my nails done the lady was watching a video on her phone in the drawer the whole time she was very rough cut my finger 2 times my nails a crooked and it is patchy.
