Not loyal. I've been spending money with them for 15 years. I got my nails done and the next day they started to fall off. They would not fix them saying I would have to pay. Nobody nails falls...

HORRIBLE. They literally put a HOLE in my index finger (pictured) and completely chipped in less than a day!!! Also charged me more than the listed price. Biggest waste of money in my life....
