Saw this little place, I laughed at the name but these cracklings ain't no Joke they are SCRUMPTIOUS PIG SKINS ! The Lard makes the difference but what better to fry a pig skin in than pig fat !...

Delicious crackling, friendly staff! Dark inside and cool southern vibe! There were a few different things to get from the pork belly to the pork rinds!

I have had cracklings all over Acadiana and Cajun country and believe me these are GOOD. They cut theirs in strips instead of cubes like most places around Lafayette so they are super crunchy but...

Best cracklings east of the Mississippi River. The lady behind the counter had a great sense of humor and was very polite. Can't wait to visit again.
