Picayune Drug Co. North is a community based retail pharmacy and durable medical equipment provider offering our customers a wide range of medical needs. We are one of the first businesses to become established in the town of Picayune. The success of Picayune Drug Co. located at 110 Highway 11 North prompted the opening of a second location, Picayune Drug Co. North. The north pharmacy provides easier access for those who are located on the north end of town. This pharmacy has a drive thru and is very close to the hospital which is great for quick prescription filling after leaving the hospital. Picayune Drug Co. North is an independent pharmacy and is privately owned and operated by Andrew L. Failla, RPh and his wife, Brenda B. Failla, RN.

Pearl River Drug Co. is a family owned and independent pharmacy with the goal to serve our community to our best ability! We offer prescription refills, medication counseling, vaccinations, durable medical equipment, and a wide selection of over the counter products. If you can't find what you need, ask our staff about ordering it for you. In the back of the store we have a vintage soda fountain. While you wait for your prescription you can grab a scoop of ice cream, a banana split, shakes, malts, or just a fountain soda. We look forward to serving you!
