Founded in 1979, Mississippi Blood Services is a nonprofit organization providing services for drawing, processing and distribution of blood. Its distribution centers are located in Jackson, Oxford and Grenville, Miss. The center also organizes various fundraising programs and events. It offers blood products to more than 50 hospitals and medical facilities, including the Bolivar Medical Center and Mississippi State Hospital, Whitfield, Ga. It is accredited by the American Association of Blood Banks. Mississippi Blood Services organizes various blood donating programs and educational campaigns. The center also offers a donor protection plan. It is located in Jackson, Miss.

They have a nice big center, and their kitchen (called Esther's cafe) is loaded with more beverage variety than most blood donor centers. The staff is kind of weird though, dead pan or something.
