Can't visit a patient? What is this, a prison? Went to reception, was told to wait in waiting area. Thirty minutes later, I'm told I can't visit her without the "code." Ok, how do I get a code?...

Unless they visually see the problem..they don't dig or investigate..they would rather refer you than actually truly help a person. Receptionist was polite.
