Meals That Heal was started in the kitchen of Herbal Blessings own, Plant Based Family. They made a decision to break the curse by changing their diet to one that is conducive for healing and longevity. This action helped them to motivate more people to eat more whole food plant based options.

Because Being plant based vegan in Mississippi is definitely challenging, The Plant Based Family prepared the majority of their meals at home. And because Herbal Blesssings customers always inquired about where could eat healthier food options, The Plant Based Family answered the calls and worked tirelessly to convert the at home kitchen creations into Meals That Heal for us all. Meals That Heal is the only 100% plant based cafe in the state of Mississippi, serving fresh plant based soul food daily for take out. We do not use Any pork, beef, poultry, seafood, dairy, eggs, soy or processed food in any of our dishes. All recipes are made from Scratch with intention and love.
