Mexican with a twist! Maria’s is a non-traditional Mexican and American fusion. Our owner is half Mexican and grew up in south Louisiana, and our menu reflects that. We have tacos and quesadillas, burgers and sandwiches, and gumbo and fried boudin balls! We definitely have something for any mood, and we have a scratch kitchen, with only two items not made from scratch! (French fries are just too much trouble!)
