All I can say is Little Caesars as a restaurant a company and a business is sorry. The corporate office is sorry because they don't care about how sorry the restaurants are. On their busiest days...

Order is never correct!! I'm not sure if they're not reading it correctly or they simply don't care. These employees need retraining immediately.

When you order on the app... even if it's something simple like a pepperoni pizza and crazy bread (supposed to be ready all day everyday) it's not ready even 30 minutes after the order. Not sure...
