Absolutely amazing bbq ribs, Mac and cheese, cabbage, cornbread....everything! Definitely stop here and eat. Friendly owners, too. Will definitely be returning!

Guided by scripture Habakkuk 1:2 Lee's Heavenly Barbecue mission was to plant a seed and make a change in their hometown. The passion for cooking barbecue and the southern cooking traditions have always been a part of our history. My father, always told me the key to a man's heart is through his stomach. The structure now know as LHB was once a ROTC classroom at Capital City Alternative School in Jackson, broken and discarded before becoming a part of Lee's faith and dream. Brick by brick and stick by stick we repurposed it using local materials to create a cozy, homelike atmosphere. The counters and bench were made from an old chopping block. The tables came from Edward's Elementary school's wood shop. The floors and windows were salvaged from a century-old family home and the handmade benches were made by husband. Saw them in the newspaper. We went by for lunch. Parking is on the street. I had ribs, greens, yams, baked beans and chocolate cake. Food was delicious, limited section, defiantly worth stopping....

You'll find Delicious southern food. Lee and his staff are welcoming and deliver perfect southern hospitality. We will definitely visit them again.

This restaurant is a hidden jewel in the small town of Edwards! The ribs are flavored with a secret rub that should be sold in stores! The homemade macaroni and cheese has the perfect combination...

I visited Lee's Heavenly Barbecue at the Vicksburg Fall Festival and had their ribs, baked beans, and potato salad. My wife had the pulled pork and the same sides and we were FLOORED at how great...
