I'm not usually a big fan of JCPenney, but I happen to like this particular store a lot. It's very clean and organized. I like that it's open and well-lit. They have a Sephora inside... Yay!...

The entire store and only one place to check out or return anything. Only 2 associates working the register. This is bad customer service. They are loosing customers due to the long wait.

I am browsing, and an employee just came up to me to ask if I needed help. When I said no, he immediately went to the next customer. I don't think this is ever happened to me in a department store...
