Shopping is great...people are frindely and helpful the only down side is the turnover rate, it's rare that you see the same person twice.

Terrible customer service. Employees are busy checking their hair, nails, and cell phones. Rude and unprofessional. Especially in the Ralph Lauren Polo section.
