Visited this huddle house on a weekday about 9pm. You could see that they were short staffed. Kristin the shift manager never said once that they were short staffed. Our food came out hot....

Everything was fairly good and fast, the only bad parts were the over easy eggs were overcooked and the omelette had grease pouring out of it. (picture is oil from omelette not hash).
