Everytime I call to get prices for tickets I get a rude customer service person. I found out recently that they won't let you bring a car seat on the bus. According to the rude customer service...

Honestly this is the worst travel experience I've ever had in my life. The bus broke down and we were stuck in Mississippi for SIX WHOLE HOURS...when I asked how I was gonna make my next bus route...
