This little place in the piggly wiggly parking lot is a hidden gem in the collinsville community. My personal opinion there fried rice is better than any I've had anywhere around Meridian....

I had the coconut chicken and it was delicious! I also had cream cheese wonton with an amazing strawberry sauce. The owner is precious and my food was delicious.

GREAT Thai and American food. And the snow cones are wonderful with so many flavors. The Thai milk tea is definitely worth a try too.
