Methodist Hospice Residence is a 30-bed facility for terminally ill patients whose symptoms can’t be treated at home or who don’t have caregivers.

We are a family of home health, palliative, hospice, and community care providers. Our care coordination ensures patients receive the clinical care and the support they need while remaining at home, reducing hospital readmissions, and providing support for their caregivers.
