Horrible service! Very dirty! Workers just standing around while cleaning could be done. Some of the meanest workers I have ever seen. Gave the wrong food and said it was my fault! Had to go back...

Really good steak burgers and fries. Decent ice cream. Priced high for what you get, compared to other burger joints. Not very clean, thus the two star rating. Service was very good.

Terrible way to service the guest this is not the Freddy's way! The lobby was disgusting. The people of the restaurant were rude. The manager Shay doesn't know how to handle customer complaints....
