We had to say goodbye to our 13 year old golden retriever today. The staff here were so kind and helpful, made a very hard day a little better. God bless you all.

We love Family Pet! We have been using them for our 3 years now and they always take such great care of our dog Jones. I can't say enough good things about them!

Twice we have boarded our dog here over the weekend and upon arrival to pick him up, his bed was soaked in urine and had to wait 30 min for them to bring him out. Still had to leave his blanket...
