I wrecked my car over the weekend, and my insurance company put in request for a car. Waiting all day and was told several times that I would have a car ready by various times, and never got one....
For the second time, this location has not had a car for me even though I reserved one. I was told "we do not have enough cars for our reservations. " So why did I make a reservation?
