We provide the platform and practices to make this possible if you just show up willing to work and learn. We provide a variety of practices and fitness classes for all fitness levels. Buti yoga is a is a powerful practice combining dynamic yoga poses, primal dance moves, and plyometrics. Elevate yourself yoga is a powerful practice that moves energy and revitalizes the mind and spirit. Yin yoga or flowering lotus is a deep practice that includes moving energy through our meridians while healing the joints and connective tissues. Our bodies have the amazing ability to heal if we provide a healing environment. We also provide spa services including a salt spa booth that can assist with eliminating mucous from the body as well as help with various skin conditions. Salt therapy or halotherapy is used for a variety of respiratory conditions such as allergies, sinus infections, coughs and colds, and can be very beneficial in clearing mucous from the lungs. We will also be offering infrared sauna which is deeply healing and helps with weight loss, sleep issues, muscle/joint pain and other states of dis-ease. Relaxing foot baths offered with far infrared therapy to detox and eliminate heavy metals.
