Spencer, Jr., graduated from the University of Alabama School of Medicine and completed his urology residency at the University of Mississippi. He is certified by the American Board of Urology. In addition to being a member of the American Urological Association, Dr. Spencer, Jr., is also a member of the Mississippi State Medical Association and the Singing River Medical Society.
