They are bizarrely slow even when they aren't busy. I understand they are also running a drive through but it's still incredibly slow to have your order taken or receive your order.

It's the Cheers of Coffee Shops, where everybody knows your name (and sometimes even your order)! I love coming here and appreciate they've added even more snack food options for on the go eating.
