I took our 2002 Ford F150 to their service department to have them diagnose and/or repair an issue that we could not identifiy ourselves. They said they don't work on anything over 12 years old....

I will not refer nobody to them. I had a recall on my airbags. 2010 mustang and they did a ghetto job and cut the attachment that connect to my airbag to work. I call a guy in service to explain...

I will preface this by saying I am grateful that they were able to get my car in the service department at a very short notice. That is one of the two good things I can say about this business....

Service department just sucks. Wanted me to wait 1/2 day to get a recall done after having to drive 1 1/2 hours each way to get there. Ford doesn't give out loaner cards he said. They should!
