Colton s Steak House & Grill is a restaurant chain with locations in Arkansas, Missouri, Mississippi and Tennessee. In 1996 a group of entrepreneurs and restaurateurs came together to develop a concept that later became Colton s Steak House & Grill. The restaurant serves a variety of soups, appetizers, pasta dishes, salads, entrees and burgers. Its seafood specialties include fried catfish, pan-seared tilapia, and fried and grilled shrimp. The restaurant also offers several beverages, including coffee, iced tea, lemonade, fruit punch and beer. It serves various side dishes, such as steamed vegetables, saut ed mushrooms, fried okra, french fries and smashed potatoes. The restaurant additionally provides gift cards of several denominations. Opened in 1996, Colton s Steak House & Grill has a presence in Olive Branch, Miss. It is a part of the Colton's Restaurant Group.
